A. There are 2 ways in which you can order: call our direct toll

ordering on-line through our secure on-line store. Simply, select
the arrangement you would like to send and follow the prompts.

Is this a secure site for ordering online?
A. Yes! At Your Local Flower Shop the protection and security of
your information is one of our top priorities. When placing an order
with us you can rest assure knowing your information is kept safe.
Our site supports secure online purchasing through our SSL (Secure
Socket Layer) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to
avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than Your
Local Flower Shop.
When ordering on our site using the secure order form, you will
notice either a solid key or closed lock on your browser. Always
look for any of these signs before entering in your billing information
to ensure your personal information is safe. However, if you are

How do I know that my order was processed?
A. When we have received your order you will be sent a copy of the
information provided along with a short thank you note. This will
be sent manually from our retail store. It is your confirmation
that we have received your order and that it is being processed.

What currencies are all these prices in?
A. Your Local Flower Shop is a Canadian company therefore all prices
are in Canadian dollars. The American dollar will go much further
on our website.
For our U.S. clients you will notice that the charge on your credit
card statement is the Canadian dollar equivalent. The charge on
your credit card will not be the price shown on our site due to
the exchange rates that change daily with the credit card companies.

Can you deliver to rural routes?
A. Yes, in almost all cases we can deliver to rural route areas.

Where does the order go from here?
A. As a Teleflora Florist, Your Local Flower Shop is affiliated
with quality Florists across Canada, U.S. and around the world.
One of our knowledgeable florists will personally contact a reputable
Teleflora florist in the requested city. The local Teleflora Florist
of our choice will then create your floral selection and deliver
it on the date you specify.

How can I be sure the flowers I send will be what I ordered?
A. All of our associated Teleflora Florists are required to maintain
a variety of fresh flowers. Our site uses arrangements selected
from the Teleflora Floral Selection Guide, featuring arrangements
that are numbered for easy, accurate order transmission between
Teleflora shops. The site allows you to see what you are ordering
and what will be delivered across town, across the country or over
the border!
Occasionally,
substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the
availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country.
Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of
the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the
substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased
demand, especially during major holidays. In single flower arrangements,
such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt
to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour.

we will make every effort to accommodate you.

If I order today can I get the flowers delivered the same day?
A. Yes in most cases your order can be sent the same day as long
as you order by 11 am. Eastern Time.
Q. Are there additional administrative charges at checkout?
A. No. Yourlocalflowershop.com has already incorporated a small
wire service fee within the price of the product. This wire service
fee is a common relay fee charged by most florists.
